Friends in Soft Focus is published by Soft Focus Studio LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes, including browsing, purchasing publications, subscribing to future issues, and learning more about Friends in Soft Focus.
You agree not to use this website in any way that interferes with its operation or infringes upon the rights of others.
Products
Friends in Soft Focus offers physical editorial publications and related paper goods, which may include individual issues, annual subscriptions, postcards, printed materials, and other products made available from time to time.
Because many of our publications are produced in limited quantities, availability cannot be guaranteed.
We make every reasonable effort to present products accurately, including photography, descriptions, and dimensions. Due to the nature of print production, paper stock, photography, and screen settings, slight variations in color and appearance may occur.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where required.
Prices may change over time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Orders
Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Although uncommon, we may occasionally need to cancel or decline an order due to inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this occurs, any payment received will be refunded.
Annual Subscriptions
Friends in Soft Focus may offer annual subscriptions that include multiple issues released throughout the subscription period.
Subscription details, pricing, and included issues will be described on the applicable product page.
If publication schedules change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate those changes.
Shipping
Orders ship from New Jersey, USA.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at pigeon@friendsinsoftfocus.com.
Returns & Refunds
Because Friends in Soft Focus produces limited-edition printed publications and paper goods, all sales are final.
We will gladly replace an order if it:
arrives damaged,
is lost in transit,
contains the incorrect items,
or cannot reasonably be delivered due to an error on our part.
If an order is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we are happy to resend it once additional shipping costs have been paid.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, the Friends in Soft Focus website, visual identity, editorial design, typography, photography, written content, sequencing, layout, and overall presentation are the intellectual property of Soft Focus Studio LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Individual contributors retain the rights to their own original works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to visitors or purchasers.
AI & Machine Learning
Friends in Soft Focus is the result of careful editorial curation and collaboration.
Except where otherwise noted, the editorial sequencing, publication design, original written content, photography, visual identity, and overall presentation of Friends in Soft Focus may not be reproduced, scraped, harvested, or used to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or similar technologies without prior written permission from Soft Focus Studio LLC.
Nothing in this section alters the ownership rights of individual contributors with respect to their own original works.
Personal Use
Purchases from Friends in Soft Focus are intended for personal use.
